Tento rok organizátor prehliadky SCANDI Film Europe v spolupráci s európskym magazínom CINEUROPA po prvýkrát prináša medzinárodnú panelovú diskusiu s názvom: Prečo je škandinávsky film vo svete úspešný?

Diskusia bude prebiehať online v utorok 25. januára od 15:30 a bude rozdelená na tri časti. Panelisti sa zamerajú na produkciu, koprodukciu, distribúciu, festivalovú reprezentáciu a edukáciu v oblasti škandinávskeho filmu.

V prvej časti to budú reflektovať na príklade filmu Margrete – Kráľovná severu. Ďalej budú medzinárodní hostia zložení z novinárov, organizátorov a producentov festivalov, ale aj profesionálov z praxe skúmať, ako je možné, že škandinávska kinematografia má taký silný medzinárodný dosah, vysokú úroveň a pevne vybudovaný filmový ekosystém. Diskusiu bude moderovať Ivan Hronec, CEO Film Europe a jeho hosťami budú Wendy Mitchell, škandinávska korešpondentka pre Screen Daily International a škandinávska delegátka pre San Sebastian International Film Festival, Lea Aevars, riaditeľka festivalu RVK Feminist Film Festival na Islande, Birgitte Skov, producentka filmu Margrete – Kráľovná severu, Petter Mattsson, medzinárodné oddelenie, Švédsky filmový inštitút, Pavel Bednařík, predseda, Asociace filmové a audiovizální výchovy v ČR, Martin Kudláč, nezávislý filmový novinár, Cineuropa a Dominik Hronec, kreatívny riaditeľ, Film Europe.
