Mira Samonig: Spomienky na seba samých v prítomnosti
Predstavivosť je úzko prepletená s vecami. Preosieva skryté vedomosti, narúša chronológiu a skúma skryté vrstvy sociálnych, kultúrnych a politických realít. Je spätá s vecami a ja som spätá s ňou. V tejto prednáške sledujem momenty, v ktorých sa veci stávajú materiálne účinnými ešte skôr, než sa z nich stanú spomienky.
Prednáška sa uskutoční v anglickom jazyku.

Mira Samonig (ona/jej, *1996, AT) je doktorandkou na Estónskej akadémii umení v Tallinne, kde sa venuje teoretickej práci na rozhraní politiky, ideológie, materiality a spolupáchateľstva. Na tej istej inštitúcii vyučuje a spoluprednáša v rámci Urban Theory Workshop. V roku 2026 je spolukurátorkou Tallinského bienále architektúry a zúčastňuje sa ročného rezidenčného pobytu v Lungomare v Bolzane.

Mira Samonig: Remembering ourselves live
Imagining is dearly entangled with things. It sifts through concealed knowledge, unsettles chronology and probes the underlying layers of social, cultural and political realities. It is attached to things and I am attached to it. In this lecture, I trace moments where things become materially operative before they become remembered.
The lecture will be held in English language.

Mira Samonig (she/her, *1996, AT) is a PhD researcher at the Estonian Academy of Arts, Tallinn, working theory-based at the nexus of politics, ideology, materiality and complicity. She tutors at the same institution and co-convenes the Urban Theory Workshop. In 2026, she is co-curating the Tallinn Architecture Biennale and participating in a 1-year residency at Lungomare, Bolzano.
